Who handles your data

What we collect and why

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email address, subject and message. We use it solely to reply to you and, if the contact goes further, to manage the commercial relationship. It is never used to send you advertising and never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending the form, together with our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered through Web3Forms, a service that does nothing but forward the message to our mailbox. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Both act as data processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and afterwards for the period needed to address possible legal liabilities. If no commercial relationship follows, they are deleted after one year.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising tools. There is no tracking, which is why you will never see a consent banner.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may object to processing or ask for it to be restricted or ported, by writing to jcgualde@apps4all.app. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
